Tsuneji Nagai, Ph.D., Professor, Hoshi University, Tokyo, Japan; President, The Nagai Foundation Tokyo, Japan
Dr. Nagai is the president and honor professor of Hoshi University (Tokyo, Japan). He is world-renowned in advanced drug delivery fields. Dr. Nagai is the member of the respective advisory committee, the Ministry of Health and Welfare (MHW), Japan, the past President of Controlled Release Society, Vice President of FIP (International Pharmaceutical Federation), and the founder of The Nagai Foundation Tokyo. His name has been included in "Who's Who in the World" (1991), 'The International Directory of Distinguished Leadership" (1992), and "Five Hundred Leaders of Influence" (1993). Dr. Nagai received two major awards in 1999: Imperial Medal of Purple Ribbon; AAPS Research Achievement Award in Pharmaceutics and Drug Delivery.

Howard I. Maibach, M.D., Professor, Department of Dermatology, School of Medicine, University of California, San Francisco, California, USA
Dr. Maibach is professor and Vice Chairman of the Department of Dermatology, School of Medicine, University of California, San Francisco, and is a world famous research leader in the field of dermatological, topical and transdermal drug delivery systems and skin metabolism. Dr. Maibach is a member on the NDA review board for the FDA and a member of 20 scientific societies. He has received numerous honors and awards for his professional accomplishments including honorary membership in Dutch, Hellenic, Israel, Polish, Finnish, German, Danish, and Swedish dermatological societies and the American Veterinary Dermatological Society.

Liangyuan Zheng, President, National Engineering Research Center for Modernization of TCM, Shanghai, China
Professor Zheng is Vice President of Rowell international investment Group Co., Ltd., and is well known in the pharmaceutical and TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) areas in China. Professor Zheng is the founder and the President of National Engineering Research Center for Modernization of TCM, the Chairman of the Commission of Pharmaceutics, China Pharmaceutical Association (CPA). He was Vice President of Livzon Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. (the top pharmaceutical company in China), and Vice President of China Pharmaceutical University.

Professor Ping is the Dean of the School of Pharmacy, China Pharmaceutical University. As the top research leader in transdermal and controlled release drug delivery fields, he is very well respected by Chinese pharmaceutical industries and the academic experts. Currently, Professor Ping is Vice Director of the Center for Drug Evaluation, State of Drug and Food Administration (SFDA) of China, Standing Board Member of China Pharmaceutical Association (CPA), and the Editor of several national pharmaceutical journals.
